How long does dry lining take to install?

Programme depends more on the building than the system. As a rough Maidstone guide:

• Single room (walls + ceiling, roughly 15–20 m² of surface): 2–3 days on site, plus 1–2 days for jointing and a further day if you want a plaster skim. The single biggest delay is other trades — if the electrician hasn't finished first-fix, we are waiting

What lengthens the programme in practice:

• Lift access and delivery slot restrictions in Maidstone town centre blocks

• Late specification changes mid-job — every wall revision resets our cut list
